About CUP

At Coffee Collective, every passport tells a bigger story. That’s why a portion of every Coffee Passport sale is donated to Coffee Uniting People (CUP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Coffee Uniting People believes in building a world where people of all abilities are welcomed, valued, and empowered through inclusive workplaces and genuine community connection. Their vision is simple yet powerful: to create opportunities where individuals with and without disabilities work side by side, proving that inclusion makes communities stronger for everyone.

Through coffee, conversation, and connection, CUP is changing lives one cup at a time — and with every Coffee Collective passport purchased, you become part of that mission too.
